Kelly House106 Saint Philip Street
The Kelly House was constructed in 1995 as a privately owned student housing facility and was the first private student housing facility developed in the City of Charleston. As a privately owned and managed student-housing dormitory, restrictions were put into place that required the occupants be full-time students at any of the local educational institutions. In 2002, the College of Charleston purchased the property and incorporated the facility into its student housing network.
